Items marked in red cannot be sold outside of Canada or some of the larger sizes cannot be shipped. In these cases the purchaser has to come to our plant and buy the material directly!
Shipment on some of the smaller sizes of the undiluted material can be made by mail. Otherwise, we prefer to ship by Fed/Ex. First, check with your courier. Outside of Canada, we can thus use FedEx's custom brokers. Where the goods are worth less than $1000 US, the US customs can use an "informal entry" which generally does not require any extra charge for custom brokerage. On the other hand, shipments that require a "formal entry", will require the payment of these charges by the customer. Where diluants are used some carriers require us to use special forms.
Payment can be billed to any company once credit is approved by our credit department. On orders from outside of Canada and the United States, we require payment in advance, by bank draft. Call our credit department for clarification.
We would prefer that all new customers order from us by telephone by calling our sales staff at: 905-508-7500
On single piece orders, we will sell only at our retail prices, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Please note that on direct sales, we have a minimum order policy.

Some companies will sell only to dealers or other divisions of their company!
Others will be added when time permits and as we are able to provide stock-numbers.
CREDIT CARDS: We do NOT accept credit cards in payment for any order. We have found that in our experience, we could not insure that when other currencies are converted into Canadian funds, that there is not a consistent problem. There was usually a discrepency caused by the double exchange involved. The result is that the customer's credit card was billed a different amount than what we had quoted. The rectification of this incurred other costs as well as problems for our accounting staff.
New Orders: Unless a company is well-known in the field, we reserve the right to request that a "Credit Application Form" be submitted to us, and receive approval, before we ship. On all orders from outside North America, this is a mandatory requirement that was set by our board.
